DIY: geo bib necklace

Materials: 2 sheets of shinky dink paper, 22 jump rings ( 5 more for tassels), colored pencils, thin chain (for tassels), chain and clasp, standard hole punch

Couldn't link template and stencils so I added template to the post:

To get stencils magnify the template in word until the black piece on the bottom is about 4 inches long. Then copy image and crop around black piece. Then paste in the copy of the image and crop around the square white piece. Those are your stencils.
